Leoreliable Packers and Movers

I have recently shifted my goods from pune to noida .my dinning table is found broken .my turtle tank is crack from one corner;shoe rack had damaged a bit; around 10 glass bowl broken ;2 dinner plates broken. The packing is worst they just wrapped 4bowls together without giving a divider spounge between them .the delivery guys are totally unprofessional .they were quarelling for money at my place with their head .leo dont have there own delivery personals They hire outsiders who are very unprofessional. We have to stand near the track for unloading bcs aquarium and dinning table was already broken .one more thing the guys cut my dishwasher wires inspite of removing them nicely from the fitting .i have to but the wires again and its not easily available .hope these guys give reimbursement for the damaged products and a new dining table as its totally use less.hope i could have sent the pics of all broken and destroyed suff in this site . Dont rely on them .totally hopeless service .i give them 1 out of 5 .

With Assure Shift's reference i have connected with leoreliable to shift my items from pune to chennai. And the same was done in February. And during the transit my new memory form matterss was damaged and i have submitted the claim. But still i didnt even got a reply from them. I tried calling the manager who was in my contact. He said i will take 10 days. But its been more than month now. And they are not even replying to my mail. I emailed them four times. They charged my 5500 bucks for insurance alone. Assuring that any damage caused during the transit will be refunded. But they are not even responding. Pakka fraud...

Recently we had shifted Pune to Hyderabad and for that searched on Net found the Site where 3 Quote was provided and selected to Leoreliable after their Quote Price which was in our Budget... They guys done good work....delivered all items on time... Only single box was missing at the time of delivery but they promised to deliver within 24hours and really they guys kept their promise. Thanks team

Very unprofessional service. Got a misleading quotation. They then tried to extort money in name of packing charges, documentation charges etc. Didn't get the insurance copy for which they charge 3%. They charge GST when its exempt under notification No.12/2017 central tax rate. Do not trust these people.

All work is done nicely...good labors...team was reliable and effective service..happy and satisfied moving services.

Packing, loading, and delivery were good. But could have been better in explaining the prices involved. The quotation was on high side, I realized this after receiving the bill. anyways it was good service

This Leoreliable movers and packers is the worst movers and packers anybody could ever imagine. They should change their name to Leo unreliable movers and packers. I took their service to move my goods from Pune to Noida. They gave me the worst service possible. They did not wrap my goods, did not handle them properly. I got my delivery more than a month late. He did the delivery at 4 am in the morning on Monday. My whole night was ruined. He didn't even send the guys to unload my goods from the vehicle to my house. I had to find a couple of guys and pay them from my pocket. My whole night was ruined. Many of my goods were damaged, my washing machine, study chairs, table and moreover, my chair was missing. Nothing was good with this so called movers and packers. And above all when I complained to that leoreliable guy, he tells me " SIR ITNE PAISON ME AISI HI SERVICE MILEGI AAPKO". Can you believe the level of unprofessionalism of this guy ? I made a big mistake by going for this movers and packers. After paying like 17k, I was mentally harassed to the next level. After everything, when I asked that guy for the refund claim of my insurance, he transferred me 1000 rs, which was the cost of my chair itself, what about my other damaged goods. He says forget about the claim, I won't give you more than that, you can do whatever you want. I felt like hitting him if he was there in front of me. Anyways I am going to take legal action against this Leoreliable company. Guys, be careful and never ever take services from this Leoreliable Movers and Packers. Save your money, save your goods from getting damaged permanently and all the mental harassment. Such a company should be blacklisted immediately. DON'T TAKE SERVICES FROM THIS MOVERS AND PACKERS EVER.

Shifting was between flats of same society. They made a mess of it. Unskilled , untrained workers. Item were broken. Didn't allow time for unpacking. Asked us to keep cartoons & unpack later. Took 500/- as deposit for 10 cartoons. Now refusing to pick up empty cartoons. On my offer to deposit empty cartoons in their office , asking for even more extra money. Disgusting.

Loved the shifting experience very convenient and they actually worked towards getting the best price to shift my stuff. Nice website where I selected the items I wanted to shift gave in all the details and got a very good pricing generated by their system.
