I hired KUBER second time but this time They ruined their goodwill. I shifted my goods from Mumbai to Pune on 20th July . I received my kitchen items broken / damaged.I paid for Insurance but till date i didn't received the Insurance cover. The person i contacted is RAHUL SHARMA. I am very much disappointed with your service this time. I don't believe on your commitments anymore and won't even refer you to any of my friends ever.Your team is completly unprofessional in Mumbai and due to same won't use your service for any other location.

The car was over driven according to their initial estimate, vehicle got delivered 5 days late, 4 major damages to the vehcile which the company is not compensating and is actually hiding by ignoring calls and msgs.

I shifted my house hold items from Bangalore to Kakinada. Some of the valuable items worth Rs.10000 missing. Also, they didn't handle the items well, my TV got damaged during shifting. When I follow up, their response was not good. I am totally disappointed with their service.

It’s been 2 weeks my luggage not been delivered yet. My luggage was picked up on Monday morning 8am from koparkharein Navi Mumbai branch and till date I’m not informed where my luggage is. They took the payment in advance and promised to deliver on friday but its been 2 week now and I’m not aware of where my luggage is.They make fool of people. Still they are not giving proper response. Nobody is willing to tell where my luggage is. Coustmer service is pathetic, they don’t know how to deal with anything. Worst service ever encountered. They are not at all trustworthy. There is no managment they think coustmers are idiot and fools. These guys don’t know how to deal with coustmers. I suggest close your company you guys only know how to screw things nothing else. Not at all recommended. Fake people.

Consignment was not delivered on time and lot of items are still missing. Kuber people are rude and not customer centric, very poor service. Be very careful in dealing, irresposiblensible.
