They contact you until they receive order. After they never try to contact you. They promised me they will provide GPS tracking and Insurance Agreement(for which they charged extra) but they did not provide me. I called them 50 times about giving me status of the vehicle they simply don't respond. Very unprofessional behavior.

Hi All, I took one quotation with these fellows to move my household items from Hyderabad to Vijayawada. They have mentioned Insurance extra, surcharge charges(10%) extra and GST(5%) extra in the quotation. They have offered me non-negotiate price 18, 000/- and surcharge charges(10%), and Get(5%) extra. And mentioned that customer has to take minimum insurance for the household items and Suggested to take for 50, 000/-insurance to satisfy the government bodies. The premium is 3% of sum assured, i.e. 1, 500/-. I agreed to pay all above mentioned particulars(22, 200/-).He gave an invoice of 23, 722/- after packing and loading into the vehicle. I asked what are the additional charges. He mentioned that 1, 350-for inter-state entry charges and 150/- ST Charges. I can't able to understand one thing here, why should customer has to pay these charges after implementation of GST? These people hasn't mentioned these hidden charges in the quotations. I think these fellows are cheating government as well without pay these taxes. They deployed unskilled labor for unloading of packages at Vijayawada and they have damaged my sideboard of cot during installation. I complained the same admin team, but they didn't bothered on my concern. I would suggest you people, don't prefer this packer & movers at any cost. Thanks Kishore Kumar

I am really disappointed by the services provided by Kuber. I Chose Kuber on the suggestion from urban clap as they praised the quality of their services. I gave all my household goods on 06th January 2017 to move from Delhi to pune; but today after 13 days ; I am still waiting and their officials have stopped taking my calls. Different versions have been given to me for the reasons of delay by different officials- The driver went home as he hasn't been home since months/ The vehicle broke down/ The vehicle had part load so will take more time. There is no way to track where the goods are. Initially I thought this is a one off case as there reviews are good ( 5 on google and more than 4 on urbanclap) but the reviews on google are posted by their own employees. There is a review by Mr. Jay Yadav who is their own employee. This is dirty sales tactic to lure buyers. If you closely examine their mouthshut rating is 3.5 and people have had as bad experiences as I am going through. Even their brochure advertises that they have their own vehicles but my goods were taken by a open truck which wasn't owned by the company and they promised the goods will be transferred to their own vehicle. I am not sure even that is true. Only silver lining is they delivered my vehicle on time without a scratch. so one star for that. Hoping they will deliver my goods in good condition at least. But save yourselves from the horror and go for established companies; a company whose own employees post reviews as customers gives you an idea of their integrity level.

The most unprofessional movers and packers I have seen in the last 3 years. A complete fraud company with absolute wrong survey resulting wrong estimation followed by surprises in actual loading day with tremendous harassment till unloading. All of a sudden loading stops, indirectly demanding huge money thereby promising a safer and quicker goods delivery by absolutely taking the advantage of the crucial time of customers. No proper packing material received with absolute quantity which got used up very soon and no arrangement of getting the same from the SO CALLED supervisor. Over and Above saying "What will I do if I do not have the material " Charing extra money as a toll over and above quotation which was never ever communicated by them prior (same was not charged by any other movers and packers) Matter doesn't stop here, now harassment begins for unloading. Quicker time of delivery becomes "THE FARTHEST TIME" with absolute unprofessional and rude behaviour of the concern employee (Mr.Mahendra from Kolkata branch) by cheating us by not giving the final quotation with insurance thereby threatening not to unload without getting balance 10% money (which was already communicated by them before survey that balance needs to be cleared only after unloading at destination). Most important part of the fact of "NOT ANSWERING PHONE CALLS AND EMAILS" (Mr.Mahendra and Mr.Rajkumar both from Kolkata branch) before unloading while the truck is on road. It was communicated my Mr. Mahendra that we may go ahead for complaint against them however first we need to pay them the money. At the time of need no support received from Head office Bangalore and every now and then we have been told all false statement including false communication received from head office too. Requesting all not to contact most unprofessional KUBER LOGISTICS PACKERS AND MOVERS to prevent absolute harassment along with time and money thereby falling in their trap. The price was reasonable, they came on time and did a professional job while packing. I received all my things on time, There was some damage to my Honda Unicorn Bike. for which the person at Hyderabad(Mr. Pritesh) owned up responsibility and offered to get it repaired. He was in constant touch throughout the time and finally I got reimbursement of the repair costs. Over all My experience was good with Kuber.
