Most pathetic service, Right from the very beginning they are harassing us, They decide onto a rate and then after loading the stuff they give a different higher rate. And when we ask to give back our stuff they said it would be 15K.So with no other option left, we had to go ahead with the higher rate. Then even after that, they took more than a month to deliver stuff from Navi Mumbai to Kolkata, and in this one month, when we called to get the status they would tell us it will reach in couple of days, they don't have order tracking as well. After a month when it reached, we had to pay for the unloading charges as well. And after all this messup, they LOST one of my package and BROKE the windshield of both my bikes and even after we insured our shifting, we couldn't reach out to them. I would recommend NOT TO GO WITH THIS FRAUD COMPANY.

Worst moving experience of my life. Kuber Packers and Movers are definite thieves. I scheduled my shifting from Mumbai to Bangalore, and Mr. Pareekh from their team was very co-operative till I paid my booking amount, after that the box of lies opened and his attitude totally changed. This man had the audacity to misbehave and use abusives while talking to my family and me. All of this when I am asking him to complete a service for which I am paying him. He lied to me on every step. I was promised individual truck for my shifting and delivery by 4th day in Bangalore. I received my household items after 10days of continuous argument and it arrived in a sharing truck. Several items damaged with approximate damages of nearly Rs10000. Broken glasses, paintings, cups, even the legs of my sofa were all damaged. My AC stand was bent in transit, extremely unprofessional handling. This was not even my worst experience. I had shipped my car via these thieves as well, I was promised delivery in 12days, but I received my car after 23days when a police team arrived with my car that they found abandoned. I had to file an FIR and even then they refused to send my car. They lied to the police and misguided them constantly about the truth, Pareekh and his team are a bunch of liars and habitual goons. I would request all reading this, to never use Kuber and blacklist these Packers and Movers. The experience was so traumatic that I would think a 100 times before shifting again. Not only did I pay more for a substandard service, I also had to undergo sever mental harassment for weeks, to get my own valuable items back to me.

I shifted my material via Kuber Logistic from Bangalore to Pune, they had given me so pathetic services which is unbelievable: 1) For packing my stuff, they had sended college going students, excuse is they are not having staff so they hired college going students 2) They give you quote where they will mention the insurance, which they don't do. I asked several times for insurance copy till last movement they hadn't provided & without that they shipped my articles. 3) While providing delivery I asked them for a particular date (a week before) which they agreed. One day before when I asked them regarding delivery, they still gave me assurance that delivery will happen tomorrow but it was a surprising part that they hadn't asked me for the delivery address. I had to coordinate with their Pune vendor to deliver my stuffs. 4) When I had received delivery, my articles are in wet condition as well 3 kitchen boxes are rat bitten. When I open those boxes inside all the material had rat bite marks (which I need to throw) as well there are 2 new born rat kids inside the box one alive one dead. 5) While delivery they had missed 3 articles out of 65. After lot of follow up’s they shipped 2 articles out of 3 from Bangalore to Pune (after 25 days of 1st delivery, for which they lied again & again that they had shipped). 6) At last they missed 1 article (Double bed supporter) for which they are blaming their Pune vendor & vice versa (so poor coordination) & in that they are harassing me. Not giving clear picture. Honestly I need to coordinate so many times with these guys on daily basis & was pissed off & cursing myself why I had choose Kuber logistics. Their team is so pathetic, specially Mr Vinay in their team who is coordinating all my stuffs & all their team is depending on them for my stuffs. My suggestion not to go with them as a logistic partner.

They provide the best Shipping service at a very reasonable price and the best part is they take care of all the things and protect them from being damaged

I was totally impressed by their packing section all the staff was very nice and cooperated with each other to finish the work on time. The cost of shipping is also reasonable and they delivered all our items very carefully without single damages. They helped me a lot to keep the items very safe in my home. The customer service is really awesome. Their packing of the items and care for oil items is good. I prefer and trust this movers and packers

The employees are highly trained, and they use good quality boxes to pack our stuff. The stuff was delivered safely on the promised date. I am really very satisfied with their bench-mark services.

Please don't choose Kuber and become a victim like me Must read review: I can't rate below 1 (0) so gave 1. Packing: they don't have enough cartons and used oil cartons (see pics) and packers r behind u until u tip them 500+. Delivery: after delivery I found 2 important items r missing from packed bag, after talking 2-3 hours to them and finally they blame it on me. Manners: they care you until you book and make payment, after delivery if something missed and you call them and you get to see their true shades of arrogance. Vijay (receptionist) and Sam are best example, even they scream at you. Amount: May be you can save 2000-3000 compare to other packers but be sure you will miss your items which are precious to you.

In one word I can say they dont have ethics and values in their business as well as with their customers.. such a liers and cheaters.. I don't reccomend them for anyone ... they are all money minded and also steal your valuables from the luggage... and act like they are not responsible and says it's your fault.. such a shameless people...

Waiting for a month to receive delivery of my car. Only to find out that it has not been transported yet. This after constant lies by the delivery agent that its on the way. Avoid at all costs

I wish I could give negative stars. Worse than the worst. I don't have words to describe about their service. Beware!!!
