I have sent some items from Pune to Visakhapatnam through Kuber logistics on 27th November. However after frequent follow ups, the items reached after a month and that too with 3 items missing. The missing items has a bed part without which I cant assemble the bed. I have been following up since end of December and they said they have dispatched through Delhivery but not sharing the tracking number to track the delivery. Its been a week, they said they dispatched and so far items are received. Its too frustrating to follow up so much and receiving the items. Beware with this logistics group and I request Assureshift not to recommend Kuber packers to anyone.
