The team at Krishna Relocation is absolutely unprofessional. I had my luggage shipped from Mumbai to New Delhi. During the entire process I faced many issues, such as: 1. The team arrived over 2 hours late to pack the luggage. They also kept ignoring phone calls during the two hours which gave us no idea about their ETA; 2. Everything was just dumped into cartons with barely any supervision which led to several items breaking and leaking within the cartons - damaging other items as well; 3. I had to get my cycle shipped and was told that the cycle will be packed in cardboard and plastic, however, when the cycle was delivered in Delhi - it had no packing and was damaged further; 4. I was told that the luggage would arrive in 3 days but it took over a week. During the week, I called their representatives several times and there was never any response; 5. I was informed that I would be involved in the process of packing, via video call, but all my attempts to supervise the packing were ignored. The team is extremely discourteous and only care about the money, not their responsibility of delivering the luggage adequately. I would NOT RECOMMEND their services to anyone, EVER!

I had taken a consignment to shift with electrician to dismantle my electronics and AC. The electrician arrived 4 hours late delaying the shifting.Everytime you. Call him he is say arriving in 15-20 minutes. Govind in charge who spoke very sweetly before taking the consignment started to act rude inspite of his mismanagement.Highly non recommendable.

It was a awesome experience with them, I would thank to Krishna Relocation packers for making it a successful shifting.

They have good methods of Packing and special packing materials too. I informed them about my Expensive Glass Items they have taken very good Packing and care for my item.

I had booked for my relocation from Mumbai to Delhi. 1. This person Govind Sony had came to my place to give quotation and when my goods got packed then he increased the final value by Rs.10000/- 2. I received on 30 out of 33 boxes on 11th June. Since then i am following up with govind sony every day for my parcel but he always beats around the bushes and try to get away from the issue. 3. Now not picking up my calls from last 3 days. 4. lot of Glass items are damaged. bed's corners are damaged. (Sent the proof to this person also) Highly disappointed and unsatisfied with this packers and movers. NEVER BOOK THESE TYPE OF PACKERS N MOVERS FOR LONG DISTANCE TRANSPORTATION.

I strongly recommend. Packaging was good, It was first time and want to admit we can trust on such online process. Goods were packed, loaded, unloaded very well, The cost was also most affordable.
