The main person in-charge Mr.Rajesh is extremely personable and helpful.. However the staff sent for the shifting weren't up to mark... It was tough to communicate with them and on top of it there was a definite disrespect in their attitude... Things were loaded and unloaded.. Not packed adequately or unpacked... Overall the work got done . But can definitely use some improvement

Very systematic and excellent service. The whole shifting was done in few hours, including packing transporting and unpacking.

I contacted Kajila packers and movers from assure shift and it turned put be a fruitful movement across city. They delivered exactly with best quality as promised. There wasnt any damage and they managed it well with respect to movement. The staff was polite and on time. Will recommend everyone to go with Kajla as i felt they are resonable with price compared to other premium packagers.

I moved my house within 5km radius in Bangalore on 12th Feb 2022. My experience was bitter. On booking, one person came to the old flat for estimation of items and gave a competitive price on booking. That is all the good that happened. This person promised a Tata 407 vehicle (medium sized). When I spoke with the person who co-ordinated the move, he promised that the vehicle will be there at 10am. Here comes the actual experience: 1. The vehicle arrived late at 12:30 pm 2. The staff were not wearing masks. One person did not have one 3. They brought a Mahindra Bolero truck (smaller than 407) 4. None of them had covid vaccination certificates and when asked by the apartment security, they took 1 hour to provide the certificates. That too only for 3 out of 4 people 5. We had to move some of the stuff by ourselves like cycle, microwave, tv, 2 wheeler, etc in our cars 6. They just moved the items. Did not assemble everything as initially agreed upon. 7. They didn't had any food until the entire move until 5pm. When asked and requested to have something, they refused. 8. We paid the entire amount but expressed the same issues with the coordinator over call I would definitely not choose them again due to their false promises and unprofessional service.

I used their services for shifting from Near Jalahalli to electronic city. It was for my 3 bhk. I had done shifting for about 7 times in my career and knew what could qualify as a good service. I was happy with the initial house visit by Rajveer and then his team arrived before time by round 10 mins which is generally not so common. And then the team of 3 carefully bundled up the luggage in the order i guided them. There was no lack of cartons and enuf bubble wrap, lamination sheets, and foam sheets to cover all the luggage. Most importantly, the people carrying this activity were polite and listened to every request I had to make. The stuff was then unloaded as per my expectation with absolute care. Overall, it was a good choice that I ended up making after shortlisting at least 6 service providers. I would highly recommend them and would go to them for any future work as well. Great set of people to work with. They have the same eye to detail and inclination you as a customer would have to ensure your goods and household items are well packed, sorted and most importantly taken care of in a structured way. They don't lose cool no matter what your demands are! They are patient set of people who carefully listen to what you have to say and act accordingly.

Very good experience, neatly packaged luggage and unpacked without any damage, co operative staff.

Booked for 1BHK, the services was fast and care was taken for washing machine and fridge as they covered with soft cloth... Every thing was good. If they had given boxes for us, it would have been more good.

Came on committed time. Did not damage any materials while shifting. Overall good service.

Got the packing nicely done, handled delicately, shifting through them is very smooth, these guys are very honest they take care of your high valuable items nicely.

People who came to shift from this service were extremely good and gentle. You can expect best out of this guys without any drawbacks. Thanks for the service.
