Don't get deceived with Jet Packers and Movers reasonable pricing and fall victim for 18% percent gst (while others are 5%) and terrible service. Please verify reviews from other sources also as I could see lot of positive reviews in Google which is obviously not the reality. I booked their service from Bangalore to Tamil Nadu through assureshift. Only cons: 1. Not punctual: booked for 10 am morning, came at 12:30 pm noon 2. Worst labours: not at all professional 3. Damage to households items during loading due to shortage of labour. Only two labours will be provided for 2 bhk household items packing and loading. 4. Careless handling of customer items. They broke my sofa leg support, bike handle cap and trolley bag wheels. Extremely unhappy with Jet Packers and Movers service. Will never book again from you guys and will not recommend anyone to you guys.

Hi I recently shifted my luggage from Bangalore to Bhopal. I really had an amazing experience and all my stuff was successfully shifted without any damage. The way they packed all my luggage was impressing and it did not cause any harm to my stuff. They provided me with all tracking details from where I could easily track where my stuff has reached. All my luggage was successfully shifted within the 4 days as per the timeline mentioned on the tracking data. I would strongly recommend if any one of you would like to use jet movers and packers to shift your stuff and you can blindly rely on them. We recently shifted from Bangalore to Noida. Wanted to move our 1bhk house like bed, Diwan, cloths and kitchen stuff, along with our car. Started to look in for movers and packers online where we found Jet Packers and Movers with 5 Star rating on Google and was stated one of the best service providers on Suleka.com. Called their sales representative, Vinay , who very politely accepted our requirement and gave us a reasonable quote which we thought was a good offer. We coordinated with him for finalizing our deal and he accepted everything and told that the quote is final. On the day of dispatch we were told that they take complete payment from the customer before taking their products for transfer but this was never told to us by their sales representative, who, almost every time avoided our enquiry regarding payment process and on the delivery day, lied to us that he had already informed us regarding their payment process. Our nightmare started when our products arrived in Noida, like our car- when it arrived in Noida, the delivery guy asked us to pay Rs. 2800 additional. Regarding household stuff, literally all the crockery items were received in broken condition, along with 2 glass frames. There were damage marks to both our beds, cloths tying stand etc.. On top of it, there were items missing like the lower plank of our single bed, one flower pot (which Vinay later confirmed that it is lying at their Bangalore warehouse) and the bar bell from our dumbbell set. On confronting Vinay and Mohan (who is the owner) with these issues, they simply said that they are not responsible for the missing or damaged items.

Our experience has been horrible, to say the least! Jet Packers gave us a reasonable quote in the start for the transport of household goods and a car. Now, on the day of the transport, they asked us to pay the whole amount. This is not the usual practice. We came to know later that other transporters usually take 80% first and the remaining 20% once the goods are delivered. Jet Packers however insisted on full payment and assured delivery of the car till Noida. Later, when our car reached our place, the local delivery guy, who was handed over the car by Jet Packers to take the car to Noida, asked us to pay another Rs. 1000 for fuel and other charges. We contacted our Jet Packers contact. He asked me to lie to the local delivery boy that I (that is,t customer) will pay the money in delivery and once the car is delivered, he asked me to give him (Jet Packers) a call. I refused to do this and insisted on keeping things transparent with the local delivery person. To this effect, I did a conference call with Jet Packers and the delivery guy. Jet Packers contact confirmed that he will pay the money once the car is delivered. I got my car and confirmed the same to Jet Packers so that they can make the payment to the delivery boy. Jet Packers contact refused to do so at the last minute and eventually, I had to pay extra Rs. 1000/- to the delivery guy. Now, about the household goods, I had clearly stated topto Jet Packers right in the beginning that my Noida house is in the 2nd floor and does not have a lift. Jet Packers noted down and took an additional charge to shift the goods upstairs, which I readily paid. However, on reaching Noida, the delivery guy refused to take the items upstairs and asked me to pay extra if it's required. I again had to do a number of conference calls to get this sorted. It eventually turned out that Jet Packers had incorrectly communicated to the local delivery guy that the house is in the ground floor!!!! I have had a very harrowing experience. Other than these issues, we had to make a number of call to even get a formal quotation. Every time we were told that the quotation will be emailed but er never received it. Absolutely unprofessional people and absolute cheaters. I now really doubt the positive reviews given by others. Many of the positive reviews are paid reviews, so one cannot take a call basis these.

Jet Packers and Movers picked up our stuff from Bangalore on Monday and delivered it to our new home on Tuesday to Hyderabad. I was very impressed with their prompt...

Their person Mr. Kuldeep kumar took advance of 500 and never came back. They said they will return the advance but never did. I had to immediately call other packers and movers to do the job.

Not a professional Packers and Movers.. Items not covered while shifting causing scratches to fridge and almirah. When asked, they increased the prices. Were very sweet while taking the deal. However, started changing terms and conditions one night before the shifting date. Mohan choudhary and Kuldeep choudhary both spoke and made false commitments, which changed just few hours before the shifting. Mohan choudhary threatened - "I have a call recording". I cancelled the booking. Took the advance. Not reliable. Pls dnt make the mistake of hiring them and save yourself from the last minute hassle.

I did my home shifting with the help of Jet Packers, they took care of each items to be moved and done the work in a proper way, they provided me a reliable shifting service. Thank you!
