I wish I could give them negative rating for the tremendous pain they are causing to me. They are overall a fraud company. From my experience, they should be in a story-telling business rather than in the packing and moving business. I have given the order of shipping my household items + car from Gurgaon to Hyderabad in early August. The order included an additional storage of one week at their Hyderabad warehouse in case I needed that time in finding a home. They arrived at our Gurgaon apartment on Aug 7th (which is a Friday) as per the schedule. Almost at the end of the day, their drama started. They insisted I have to pay an additional 4000 rupees - 2000 for each truck carrying the goods and the car separately. They also insisted on making 80% of the total payment. They also insisted I have to inform at least 3 days before from the day I need the goods at my Hyderabad home. These are the things they didn't inform till that point. They took the goods with a promise of shipping the items on 7th night itself. When I called them on 8th, they told me the goods are on their way as per the schedule and they should arrive in Hyderabad by Monday which is 10th. I found an apartment in Hyderabad on 9th August so I told them on 10th Aug I need the goods on 14th which is a Friday. Turned out they started the shipment after my messaging on 10th August. This basically invalidated all their promises and assurances that the shipment is already on its way starting on 7th and an additional storage for a week in Hyderabad as it is not required as they have planned it for a door delivery on 14th. For 3 days starting on Monday, they gave me false promises of delivery on 14th. When I called Vinod at 9625259683 on Thursday afternoon, he told me the truck is 200 KM away from Hyderabad and it should reach by evening. They gave me driver's number on that evening to speak to. When I called the driver, to my utter dismay he told me he was still in Jaipur which is 225 KM away from Gurgaon! Then a new drama was started by them saying there was a truck strike for the past 3 days which is nowhere in the news. To convince, they shared a fake new article about truckers' strike. When I asked them to share the news from a reputed newspaper or a news site, they don't have an answer. Today, 16th of August, Sunday I am sitting in a Hyderabad hotel with family paying 5K per night without any tracking information on goods. Please, please avoid International Packers and Movers. To add: 1. They didn't bring enough packing material. So part of my shipment was only bubble wrapped without the cardboard material on top of it. 2. They sent a fake border crossing receipt on 8th August and charged me an additional 620 rupees. Since the shipment only begun on 10th, how they were able to come up with a receipt on 8th??

The crew arrived right on time in the morning and packed everything up very efficiently and carefully. Since i had to shift within the same society, all the packing, shifting and unpacking was done before 4:30pm which left me and my family ample time to relax after a long day. The crew is very polite and efficient and properly trained. Highly recommended.
