The worst service experience one will ever have. We availed the storage facility for around six months. While you contact them to keep your goods in the storage facility they will charge nominally for everything, be it transport, Porter, etc. But when you request to get your goods back, the rates they charge are exorbitant. The charges were almost double than the rates charged while moving the goods to the storage. For the first month they will charge you for the storage on a prorata basis, whereas, for the last month they will charge for the whole month even if you utilise the storage facility for a week or two. They claim high on the maintenance of the storage facility but all the claims were found void. The wiring of our electrical appliances were damaged by rodents, the cartons had patches indicating that the rain water dripped on the cartons while it was in the storage and also the appliances were damaged during the transit. The storage manager Aryan Saroj was unprofessional, you will have a hard time dealing with him while taking back your goods. You will have to follow up a lot and they work as per their convenience, no professionalism at all. I had an issue with the lift while shifting, asked the porters to wait for a few minutes but they just unloaded the goods and fled the spot without informing while I was checking with the manager of the society on the issue with the lift. I won't recommend ICM Movers and Storage. Had to give one star as there is no option to give zero star.
