IT WAS A BAD FATE THAT I APPROACHED THESE PEOPLE TO MOVE MY THINGS FROM HYD TO CHENNAI. MY FRIEND HAD CONTACTED THEM AND THEY CAME AND GAVE AN ESTIMATION OF 14K, POST PACKING THEY ASKED FOR EXTRA 10 K - 5K FOR INSURANCE AND 5K FOR GST - WHERE AS HE HAS TOLD US THAT IF WE ARE NOT CLAIMING THEN GST IS NOT INVOLVED. HE DID NOT DELIVER THE THINGS TILL THE TIME WE TRANSFERED THE MONEY. EVEN AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY THEY DID NOT DELIVER MY 4 CHAIRS AND IT HAS BEEN 2 MONTHS FROM 2ND OCT THAT WE ARE FOLLOWING UP WITH HIM BUT HE DOESNT ANSWER THE CALL IF YOU ALL CARE ABOUT YOUR STUFFS PLS DO NOT APPROACH THESE PACKERS AT ALL - THEY ARE FIRST OF ALL LIAR AND THEY ARE CHEATERS ALSO AND ALSO THEY DONT GIVE YOUR STUFFS THEY ARE NOT AT ALL CUSTOMER CENTRIC THEY ARE NOT WORTH THE TRUST - NEVER EVER APPROACH THEM FOR YOUR ITEMS THEY ARE NOT WORTH ANY STARS

Hi Team, Good we have one platform to find a rite vendor and get the best one picked, however being the contact of these vendor you need to ensure these vendors provide all the relevant information & cost instead of sharing at the last min post the goods are packed and you are left with no choice of going with the same vendor. Ex. we have got shifted from Hyd to Chennai and post approched by couple of vendors they have only shared the cost of shipping and insurance (14k for shipping & 3% or 5% insurance - summing up to 19500/-). We were informed if its claimable from the company GST will be included if not it will be not. on the day of shipping the team came and once the goods are packed we have been infromed on the GST inclusion, road tax and even tolls been added and made us to pay 25200/- post which the good were delivered (couple of them missing which were not reached Chennai as per the delivery team). Appreciate if these kind of issues are taken care and assure that no other customer is phasing such issues which mite impact your reputaion. Even after several follow ups beyond a month there is no proper response or ownership to return the missing items, a false promise of delivery n repayment of excess charged nothing is done.
