Good and fast service. Customer service is also up to the mark. Moved my bike from Pune to Patna. Got my bike on time and in proper condition.

Had to shift my brand new moped from Pune to Mumbai. These guys have been a great help. Right from picking up the vehicle to delivery. There was not a single glitch or inconvenience faced in the entire process. They were extremely thorough with their service and prompt with their responses. Would definitely recommend.

I shifted within Pune city from Viman nagar to vadgaon sheri. I listed all the furniture and other stuff and got a quote of 5000. A day before i was asked to send pics on whatsapp by Mr Sharma. He then quoted 6000 for same stuff. I had no time to to check another vendor so had to agree to it. On the day of shifting i was asked to pay 500 as refundable amount for cartons. After arguing they said they would come and take the cartons next day and return money. The workers were very unprofessional and handled fragile things carelessly. When i unpacked cartons some of the crockery was broken. Perfume bottles were lost. Some of the kitchen containers along with grocery was lost. Kitchen stuff was messed up in cartons as if just pushed inside. Shoes were put in carton along with bedsheets. After all this when I called Mr Sharma he said he will check with his workers. His worker called me and said these are human errors so you have to bear the loss. I asked Mr Sharma to take the cartons back and return 500 rs. Every time I would call he said tomorrow for sure. Tomorrow never came. Now Mr Sharma has blocked my number. I called from other number he disconnected the call and blocked that number. I truly repent on trusting this rogues. MOST PATHETIC EXPERIENCE EVER. WISH HAD A OPTION OF NOT GIVING EVEN A SINGLE STAR.

Thief is the word. I have contacted Sharma on +91 97637 02295. I have paid insurance amount and the insurance was not done. He said he will repay then he blocked my calls and what's app. The service was pathetic, nothing was properly packed. Didn't got my vehicle key too. Landline number mentioned on invoice in not working. Tried contacting his team mates but nobody is responding. 9460816006. 9860929912. I have also recorded his voice call when he was abusing me when I asked my money. Tried calling him numerous times but no respond. Goyal Cargo ( plot no 149, shop no 11, sec no 23, transport nagar, nigdi,Pune.). Pls don't trust Sharma and Goyal cargo.

Ramesh mentioned that the people will reach at 8.30 - 9.00am at my place in Pune for packing..Every half an hour/ one hour they kept telling me that the driver has left and will be reaching at anytime..the next we called , they said the original driver got an emergency so he has arranged another driver, and will come in 1 hour..This continued till 3.00pm in the noon and finally when we said we will cancel the order, they came at 3.10pm. After committing for 8.30 in the morning they came at 3.00 pm in the noon..They packed and everything was done in 3 hrs and they left for their office in Nigdi..I was told they will decide by when will they release the tempo since it was raining very heavily in Mumbai. Hence, at 7.30pm it was mutually decided that the tempo will leave the next day early in the morning. I was told that I will receive the insurance papers immediately as the tempo reaches Nigdi but I didnt get anything till late night - 10.00pm. I messaged Ramesh Goyal that I need the insurance papers and there was also some miscalculation in the numbers of items which I let him know and he said he will send the insurance papers and also take care of the belongings and asked me to make the full payment at that time (in the night), only after which he would dispatch the tempo in the morning. After a lot of argument, I made the full payment on the promise that the tempo would leave by 5.30-6.00 am the following day. I called up the next day at 8.45am Ramesh said that the tempo has left and when i asked for the drivers number he said I will send it in sometime. I also asked for insurance papers he said the office opens at 10.00 am he will send it then. I called up another number to check if the tempo had actually left or not, and a person names Satveer said that the tempo was still in Pune and had not yet left for Mumbai. After that, I called Ramesh again - he did not answer..I kept calling him - i made at least calls to him and he did not respond. Finally, he answered my call and instead of apologizing he said, Madam aap to peeche hi pad gayi hai, baar baar call rahi hain. When I again asked for the driver's number he gave me Satveer's numbers and again said that the tempo has left..even when i confronted him that he is lying. He continued to lie and still did not give me the insurance papers. Then after some time he sent me some other number saying that it is the drivers number (which clearly means he was lying the first two times). I have called Ramesh and the driver again at 12.00 pm several times to check - they havent answered and I still havent received my insurance papers. They refuse to give insurance papers and refuse to share the driver's information and the van number. I dont know who are the best in this industry, but these guys are definitely not even worth trying.

As per the conversation on the phone estimate was given as 6000. Then they came on the day of shifting and at the last moment said that stuff is more than they assumed and now they would charge 10000 or else they'll cancel. They took the advantage of the situation and forced us to pay 10000. After shifting to new flat, they asked us to empty the cartons immediately as they want it back or else we'll have to pay Rs70 per carton. On arguing a lot they finally agreed to take back the carton after a couple of days. And the final bill included gst and it came out to be 11200. So we had the jump from 6000 to 11200. The service was very unprofessional throughout the shifting.

I opted for their services on 06 April 2018 to shift my household and car from Pune to Hyderabad. I was interacting Mr. Ramesh Sharma and Satveer. They charged me for private vehicle but too my household in sharing and once they took my household and car into their custody they demanded me to pay complete amount and denied to deliver my car for 4 days despite the fact that I had paid 70% of the amount. Later due to all the harassment, I made complete payment so that I could get my car back. Later came to know that they drove my car from Pune to Hyd without my permission or intimating me rather than getting it in the container. They dumped my household items after 2 days and nobody came to unpack stuffs, the bean bag was torned and furniture was spoilt as well. They are complete fraud company and I would never recommend them to any one.

Problem Resolved with Goyal Cargo, Received payment as compensation!! Item delivery was delayed by 1 week and whole week I was informed item will be delivered tomorrow. Cupboard was damaged. Box packages from Goyal cargo was damaged and open, Costly Items were missing from the Box. Mattress was mistreated. They added charges after mentioning no hidden charges. They are not even picking up calls made by me. They have charged me for insurance but are not picking up calls when I am asking for the insurance amount. I would suggest not to go with this Packer and Mover. They charged me for insurance but they are not giving claim. I have suffered huge loss dealing with them. Also they won't even pickup your phone if delivery is delayed or Items damaged / missing.
