Booked Global Packers & Movers for transferring my household goods from Delhi to Hyderabad last month; got their reference from assureshift.in. This P&M is one of the most unprofessional, reckless, frauds, looters and worst service provider we have ever encountered with. The guys who came for packing the goods on the said date seemed to have zero knowledge about what goods to keep where & how to do proper packing. For example, they were putting the bone China crockery items open inside cartons with other steel utensils. Only After I asked to do proper packing of it, then they wrapped it with newspapers. So literally I had to run behind each one of them to check how & what they are packing. I had 5 months old baby to look after, so it became very difficult to manage. So taking that opportunity, there were many cartons which they didn't mark any numbers & I couldn't notice. Now coming to list of losses we incurred once we received the goods in Hyderabad... 1. AC outbox was squeezed & was fully damaged, grills broken. 2. Our king sized master bed's one side box was damaged from inside out; a big hole was there in one side, and on another side wood frames were damaged & coming out. 3. We had 3 door wooden wardrobe which they dismantled completely & packed. Now we received the dismantled parts, but no nut bolts. So that wardrobe (or rather dismantled parts) is completely of no use now. In fact the nut bolts they put in a polythene bag, which they forgot to take along with goods. Later they came after 1-2 hours to take that back. 4. 2-3 cartons are missing. These include my baby's complete dress collection, baby's sebamed & himalaya gift packs & toiletries, our few household goods & clothes. 5. Baby's stroller is missing. That was a new stroller, which they packed it its own carton itself. 6. Many exclusive crockery items were damaged & broken. So overall we had more than 40k damage. Now They are not ready to pay for it, nor returning the missing items at least. They even abused verbally & in WhatsApp chat. We did Complaint to assureshift.in about it with all photos, audio & WhatsApp chat screenshots, still nothing happened. All are frauds & big cheaters.

I`m glad that we have such kind of service available in Gurgaon , that gives us assurance of the safety of our stuffs. Had it not been for them, I wouldn't have been able to move to my place without hassles
