Very poor service. I would rather say that they are fraud people. Specially Mukesh is a fraud guy. I got my car transported from Kolkata to Dehradun. When car reached my home it was damaged badly. When I asked for refund this idiot Mukesh started making excuses and said that it was already damaged. When I showed him the pics which I took before handing over the car to them , he started arguing with me. One more thing that he brought my car from delhi to dehradun via road and used my petrol for that. I am going to drag this guy to consumer court very soon as I have all call records I would suggest everyone not to use this transporter as he is a cheat. Better go for the reputed transporter.
