Coordinative and well mannered! All the belongings were packed and moved swiftly.

After coordinating very well in 15 to 20 days advance and constant followed up by executive on the day of shifting which was decided 12th April Mr. Raj first denied to send staff being time of shifting was afternoon which was communicated from day one of this booking he did not mention anything till then. Also, I was informed 14ft vehicle will be sent but it was 8ft vehicle came on the date of shifting after rigerous follow up with Mr. Raj. Because of all this mess even after 2 days I am carrying left out stuff on scooter from my old home to new. And I had to carry television on scooter due to truck was fully loaded on the second trip which was late evening and boys denied to carry in truck. I will not recommend your services to anyone in the future.

There was many issues; At the time of quotation it was mentioned big vehicle will be sent, but on day of service small vehicle was ordered, also lot of time wasted to get correct vehicle. Sofa covers, wooden cupboards were packed using adhesive tapes directly which spoiled these. Drawer of one of cupboard was stuck due to bad packing and had to call carpenter to break and open. TV receiver was put inside the cupboard without any bubble wrap. Many small items were missing after the service. When complained about this response was casual, mentioning that it is the responsibility of customer.

fraud movers and packers. damaged items. they will tell there is insurance and nothing is there. opt someone else. u will suffer if u opt this fraud team

The moving guys were supposed to come at 6am but instead came at 7.30 without a vehicle and then took another 20 minutes to arrange a vehicle from porter app. I wanted to just move the luggage didn't require any packing. So shifting speed was ok.
