I shifted from Delhi to Bangalore using the services of EXcellent cargo packers and movers, honestly it was delightful dealing with the manager Mr Surender Sharma I am also from Bangalore had to shift back from Gurgaon, and was very professional, not only being professional he was flexible with the dates I had to shift, actually at the last minute we had to change or plan from moving the next day to next week, which he took very positively and understood our issues, the packing crew was hardworking and friendly, my goods have reached safely, the only thing was as we had not talked about the payment terms, they asked me to pay the complete amount upfront, which we did make the payment for, but as the whole move went smooth and safely our goods are delivered have no complaints whatso ever, thanks guys

I contracted this cargo and packers through Assure Shift for shifting my full household from Delhi to Siliguri and after going through initial process of estimate I finalized deal with Mr Surender Sharma who looks pretty simple in talking and behavior but actually he is a fraud person and by way of shifting to another truck with less space so many items are broken and my motor cycle is beyond economical repair, unloading was not provided at all for which he has charged money. overall i will request all and also Assure Shift please do not be misguided by this person Surender Sharma and his fraud company as as per site head office at Yawantpur ,Bangalore does not exist at all and all the mobile number and e mail provided belongs to Mr Sharma only so that you can not complain any where. I have faced huge finalcial loss and gone through huge mental pressure by hiring this company totally managed by Mr Surender Sharma. any way i will not leave this cheater. T K Biswas, 9868408569

Excellent cargo..best packers and movers I had ever seen them . I like to say that there work I good and so beautifully they pack the things and arrange them in a good manner. So when we leave any city and move to other city we have not face any difficulty that where the things kept in which box which item are there . They pack the box so tightly and carely that glass item will not break while moving from one place to another place. If anybody has ever moved you maybwell understand how difficult it is to find a good company for transporting and packing your goods a, i was in same situation when i had to move from gurgoan to Bangalore , as my husband got transferred to bangalore and had to shift our belongings , we called up just dial and it was a total nightmare god knows how many packers and movers started calling us .i was in the impression that they will share our contact details to only 3-4 companies , but i got calls from more than 4-6 people , which made it even harder to choose the mover because when i got quotes , the lowest was from 35 k and the highest was 78 k ... Definitely the 35k was a fraud for sure (beware of such guys i went through a lot on google and have seen so many complaints where people get attracted by lower quotes and eventually get conned). And 78k which was on a higher side , which was from Agarwal .( wanted go with them but my husbands company was not getting this much reimbursement from the company , ) So basically i had to find a company which was pocket friendly and whom i can trust . Excellent cargo packers & movers was suggested by one of my friend who had moved to Bangalore from Gurgoan last year and i was informed that many of his company people have used the service. I went through Excellent cargo website and reviews of Excellent cargo on different portals mouths included . i got a mixed feeling about them still called them for quote , they quoted me 65k and assured safety of goods , assurance was given by all movers but it was Mr Rahul kumar who convinced us to use their service . i must admit that from the packing time itself they had started gaining our confidence in their service . the packers who came were very efficient in their work , good amount of packing material was sent as well . finally on after packing the invoice was sent online and was happy see they had not added any extra or hidden charges . i was told the goods will reach within 9 - 10 days. the whole process was coordinated so well , honestly i was surprised , because with the amount of complaints i had seen online about packing and moving companies i was really really worried it was such relief for me and my husband that we did not face any issue . this was our first move ever . and we might be moving hopefully not for a couple of years . but if and when we do . i am sure i dont have to do any research this time . i would just call Excellent cargo

My entire movement was fair good and my all goods has been well packed and done a standard packing. They used a good quality of packing material like bubble sheet, lamination and other packing material to pack my stuff. Loading was done very systematical way. Very four days they delivered my goods and car was delivered to me in 6 days of time. No damage, scratches, dent happened in my goods and car. I got my goods and car safely without any damage. I have move to many cities in last five years.recently I move to vasant kunj Delhi to hyderabad I used this Excellent cargo packers and movers service.actually one of my friend have suggested me to used there service.I made the items and belongings that I have move on their website and their manager made a call to me.he send six guys who inspected my belonging and given a quotation.after I agree they came on specific time and packed all my belongings with good materials. I also have some of my personal things and told them to keep and move it safely.they customer service is great they takecare of their customers even I made last minute changes their agreed.their shifted all my belongings on time and safely to my destination.the staff behaviour was good and act as a professionals. The charges are also reasonable not at all looters type and gives excellent service.their are cooperative and gives good support. Payment on delivery. Very good service.
