Poor experience with ESSRBEE and it's unprofessional sales guys, packaging, package handling and damage coverage. ESSRBEE started off well, but over the years is turning out to be a common, deceitful con of a packer and transporter. Kolkata sales figures like Biswajit Das, Saikat Bhattacharyya are pure fair weather characters. Beware! If anything ever goes wrong with your shipment, if any item is ever received damaged, these are the people who would disappear first. In my earlier shipment a small item went missing, which I sort of excused, but shared critical feedback about their extremely cheap and poor quality of boxes and packaging material, to which there was no response. My recent experience was with receiving a broken OTG oven beyond repair. ESSRBEE has completely turned it's back on the issue. They have no control on their transporters, and if they tell you they can resolve your damage issues, they are lying! Please beware and think hard before you engage with ESSRBEE.

Over all good, I can say that they are professional packers and movers that I can recommend to anyone.
