DSL Express Shifting Solution

They have outsourced the job to some local guys , they came with same old boxes and crate...misplaced too many things. Even not assembled beds properly. Then they argued for their boxes and crate ...was not ready to leave it for one day..neither they arranged nor they allowed us to arrange properly. Anyway i would not recommend their service at all.

Overcharge about documents without prior info, No Insurance done, Now Saying I have not asked for it, Please clear everything in writing first - Don't Pay Without the pictures of packing sent to you.

I would not like to recommend DSL Express shifting to anyone since you will lose only more money with them . I had opted for this service since over the phone u was promised that the amount to pay for shifting my luggage from Pune to Kerala was INR 9000 which was in itself very expensive . They kept calling me till I confirmed and they came to the house to pick up the luggage . When I asked that time if I can pay the INR 9000 , they mentioned that they will send the bill AFTER they take my luggage to their warehouse . I even paid tip to them . After 3 hours , I received the bill of a whopping INT 18K !!!! This was double the cost that I was promised AND now my luggage was taken away . There were a lot of hidden costs that were not told to me at the start . I called Assureshift to get involved because this was ridiculous ! And Assureshift helped reduce the quote from 18K to 12K . This was till 3K higher that what I wanted but I settled with this . DSL kept pestering me to pay the whole amount ( I lost trust in them and paid half and planned to Pay the other half once my luggage reaches my destination ) . If you do go for DSL , get the FINAL Quote in writing from them . My advice - DONT go for them . I am very disappointed with them

excellent service right from the onset stage of price quotation onwards. In past 30 years, this was 18th shifting of my house hold goods and happens to be the best.

I sent my household luggage from Pune to Gurgaon in the middle of this pandemic of Covid-19. But still DSL express provided very efficient service and it reached the destination in 1 week without any hassles. I would recommend DSL for easy shifting solution. He picked up my goods with an estimate of 25K and post pick up he send me a bill of 87960. Now he is threatening me that he will destroy all my goods if payment will not be made. He is a big cheat. Please don't take any services from this vendor.

I must say that in the lockdown period Shifting is very difficult & impossible but " DSL Express Shifting Solution" made it possible it was a very good experience from Pune to Dharwad karnatka. All household material delivered safely and the employee is very good in nature... Such a big thanks to those team and especially to Mr. manjeet singh (09604830046) they are such a good person. Strongly recommend to DSL Express shifting solution it is best solution to move household material.
