With recent experience I had with this worst packers and movers ....they can handle only very very very hard items .

DSL - Movers and Packers is the name which you should never trust, if you don’t love your item (which you want to send through them) then only send. the will quote less in beginning, the moment they reach to your house they will increase tariff (saying any silly reason), they will Threat saying increase tariff else we won’t transfer your item, then they will deliver your item in parts( multiple shipments), in which many item would be broken, for that they will say its normal, while transporting it happens, and on top of it they will not send there labour, your have to arrange your own labour. So my only suggestion, don’t use there agency (I cannot says service as they don’t do service, as they only pressurize you give Threat), so beware of such agency. They are looter, they keep your luggage and give threats.

They promised me to shift all my stuffs from Gurgaon to Noida on 31st March 2019 and they gave me quotation for the same. Accordingly we planned and told the room owner that we are vacating on 31st March 2019 .But on 30th they called and denied the service and said you want the service, pay more 5k Rupees. Never trust these cheaters.

I recently used DSL packers movers, to shift my home from Hyderabad to Pune. I was worried about my delicate paintings, but the team did a wonderful job. Review 2:- Finally, DSL Packers and movers responded to our review and ready to pay for damaged products. Review 1 : - We asked DSL Packers & Movers to shift from Bangalore to Vijayawada on August 01, 2017 and they promised that goods reach us on time to Vijayawada on August 04, 2017. But they failed to reach that day and we stayed at hotel because we have not received our goods on time to stay at home itself. when we called and enquirer about goods and delivery they said we refund some amount of money back for inconvenience and we received most of the products are damaged and we have sent to concern person our damaged products videos and photographs and asked for insurance we claimed for INR 4500 rupees that person said you receive after 15 days and we waited for 15 days and try to contact the person to inform him that we have not received any insured money and because of late delivery also. That person is not picking our call and not responding till date. Mr. Varma (Executive of DSL) from Hyderabad called us enquire about the review and after explaining him and sending damaged goods pictures and videos he said that he will transfer 2,000 rupees for damages. Actual damaged price was more than 20,000 rupees. We insured for 150000 rupees and paid 4500 rupees but they are ready to pay less.
