My Household items moved from Gurgaon to Jaipur post lockdown. DLF team reach at my place on time and started packing. They also additionally helped me in dis-assemble tatasky dish anteena , tv bracket, windows ac and also fixed the window Back in original conditon. Generally we have to spend extra for that , so this is addon service provided by their team. I'm impressed the way they pack my refrigerator with 3 layer(bubble wrap - box and laminate) and all of items reached on time safely during heavy rain without being wet. Quality service by DLF team and main incharge Sanjay helped in settlement of insured items for any breakage happened during transit . He is a genuine and kind person who understands customer problem and negotiate quite superbly for adding a happy customer in his list. I would like to take his services again when I will be going back in Gurgaon. A personal suggestion : Sanjay -Please add your office location in Google map as well since before hiring your services I was confused and Inquired Assureshift since I cannot see your office in Google map. It will add the trust in your customers as customers also go for Google review nowadays. I would like to give u review there as well. I will highly recommend DLF cargo For home shifting to my knowns and friends.

I had nice experience with DLF cargo, packing done was excellent. They sent the material within 7 days and best part is that the payment was done after receiving the material. But do take insurance to protect the items, it costs some amount but gives peace of mind.
