One of the most fradulant company in Packers & Movers bussiness. They took money in the name of Insurance but they never provide the insurance bill which i had paid. Many goods came broken and lost. My shifting was from Mumbai to Ranchi. Pl. Don't get trapped, from them. Mr. Vikash sugar coated employee of the company & Mr. Vikrant owner of the so called company are liars, they promise you everything at the time of deal but they never do as promised and forget everything once you pay them a money. They try to do insurance as much as possible to get 3% of the amount of your valuable goods but they never provide you the policy and bill of insurance. You cannot claim that insurance because you will not get the insurance or if you get the fake insurance policy you will not get the bill, they are looting people like us in the name of insurance. They charged me 15000/- Rs for insurance and its been 2 months i did not receive the bill of Reliance General Insurance despite of repeated messages and calls and now they are saying reliance did not provide the bill of insurance (Is it a joke). Now they have blocked my number as well. I m going to file a FIR against CRC and i will make sure no one else get trapped by such fraudsters and also i will inform Reliance how they are using the name of such a big company in doing fraud and making fake insurance cover in the name of Reliance.

When seen as a whole, they were remarkable grouped. Incredibly high quality packaging. Relocating to different locations and stocking up on new storage containers was a lot of fun.i am really impressed by all of their hard work. Communication with clients was a strength for Vikrant. I have recently (7th May. 22) shifted from Thane to Bangalore and 5-6 were supposed to get moved to Chandigarh. While searching for packers and movers assure shift gave me option of CRC. Mr. Vikrant contacted me and assured of best of services. Mr. Vikas from CRC visited me and gave me assurance as being the best service providers. Going by their words and assurance went ahead for availing their services. My household goods was promised for delivery on 9th but was delivered on 9th. No issues with that. But when I checked my goods, my sofa set was damaged, my refrigerator was dented, wooden articles had packing marks in it. I asked then to get my sofa repaired where Vikas said that insurance claim has been raised and I will receive the call. Mr. Vikrant said that he will send someone for repair. Today is 16th day and till now I have not received any resolution. I asked them for my insurance policy which also they are not providing. My Chandigarh goods reached after 13 days and it was all damaged. I have paid insurance amount for both but they are not able to resolve my issue. Now I am just getting assurances. Will surely take time to go legal but would suggest others to avoid their services. Worst ever. Will furhtur write up if my issue gets resolved.

After a bad experience with the previous movers and packers I was skeptical to use services of any other. When I contacted CRC Movers through Urban Clap and they sent me pictures of the packing I instantly knew and agreed for their services. But I was still a bit worried till everything was moved into my new house. Everything was intact and moved without a scratch. The people extremely patient and understanding. They were professional to the tee and understood the customer's concern. I will suggest them to everyone else needing movers and packers and would also use their services without blinking an eye again. CRC every time.

I have used their service to shift my household items from Navi Mumbai to Pune in April 2018. They took additional Rs. 3,000/- for insurance amount of 1 Lakh. Their executive Mr. Sunil told me that once my packages are loaded in the truck, the shift co-ordinator will inform their office and my insurance papers will come to my email (as per the amount I have declared) on the same day of shifting. Everything was done accordingly, and I paid the full amount in cash to the shift coordinator Mr. Pawan once packages were loaded in the truck. But till now I have not received my insurance paper. Almost everyday I am called their executive Mr. Sunil and he kept replying me that he will check and email me the insurance papers. I had also called supervisor Mr. Vikrant and he also told me that he will check and email me the insurance paper, but nothing had been done. Mr. Vikrant and Sunil stopped receiving my calls. I emailed their support with all details and bills and they never replied. They took money in the name of insurance and cheated me without providing me insurance. Never never use their service.
