We recently moved from South Bangalore to North Bangalore and after talking to 3 different logistics operators, finally decided to go ahead with Mr Mukesh Bharadwaj from Classic Care Packers & Movers. Right from the outset, Mukesh ji was very professional. In understanding our requirement, keeping a healthy buffer to avoid unnecessary to and fro and arguments on the day of the shifting. That was definitely one of the reasons to go for Classic apart from the fact that they had very good Google reviews as well. On the day of the shifting, 4 people came right on time as committed and were extremely professional, right from packing to loading to unloading. Not a single item was broken and I was very impressed. In the past I have worked with reputed companies like Agarwal/Gati and still had issues, but I was pleasantly surprised with the way the entire ordeal was handled by Mukesh ji and his team at Classic Care. I would strongly recommend Classic Care to anyone wanting to shift within the city or even outside. You will see how a professional company should function in this otherwise unorganised segment. Had a smooth experience with the move. The team was professional and responsive throughout. Though my TV got damaged during transit, they handled it well and compensated without much hassle. The packaging was very good but somehow in betweern it got damaged. Really appreciate their commitment to customer satisfaction. Would definitely recommend!

Mukesh ji is very professional with his work and his behaviour is also really good. Starting from loading, unloading , packing and services to timely delivery , he was very cooperative and proactive with his work.Anytime I called him , he didn't hesitate to receive and talk and also clarify all of your doubts.
