Don't have words to express on their rude behaviour. I have booked for a shifting from Faridabad to Bhubaneswar in the 1st week of July 21. Their Quotation stands at minimum which I get to know is the tactics of their business. As a customer went with all feedbacks, scared with the comments, raised my queries for clarification. OMG, what an attitude from SANJAY, I was lucky that get escaped in time, if this is the statute before handing over of goods what would have been the case if i proceed with them. Thanks those have put the reviews with facts which stands correct and helping others. Finally, I have decided to drop them and felt lucky by doing so. Please don't go with the glamour of their websites and multiple numbers like toll free/booking/enquiry/tracking and many. You will notice all these numbers with one Guy SANJAY. It is beyond imagination if one can argue with a customer with all blasting words for more than one hour in the toll free line itself, what more you can expect on their seriousness about business. This business is all about taking care of customers with hassle free shifting, here you will welcome trouble/threating/ 2 letter words. They forget that they are into service industry don't think understand even the "S" of Service. Its my appeal to the CMD of this Company Subhash Rathore and CEO-Reena Rathore, if you are really serious into this business cant survive with such Irate staff. You must do something about it.
