reat service from Thar Packers and Movers. I took their service to send some my luggage from Delhi to Bombay. Nitram came to pick my luggage on the given date and time and my package got delivered safely to my home. Good Packaging was done by company and they also provided tracking .No any hidden charges..

BPL logistics is a FRAUD company, they took car and household items and are not delivering them to me it's more than 20 days. The owner Subhash Rathode, Sanjay, Ajay Diwan, Dinesh are all cheating people by looting their money and not providing their goods. They stole my car and household items and not giving me any satisfactory answer. DO NOT TAKE THEIR SERVICES IF YOU WANT YOUR CAR AND HOUSE HOLD ITEMS TO BE MOVED SAFELY FROM ONE PLACE TO ANOTHER. DO NOT USE THEIR WEBSITE, NOR THROUGH ASSURE SHIFT , NOR THROUGH ANY OTHER PLATFORM. They will take your money and run away. My experience was wonderful. The guys were really professional. They came in on time and loaded the stuff with deep care. The manager was available on a single call and very supportive. Even after work was done, I was well attended to Nature was very cooperative and helpful. I would really like to work with them in the future again. The price I was quoted was lower than any other packer. Good Value for money No items broken Always responded to queries Would recommend all my friends to use the packers. Living up to the expectations.

Don't deserve 1 star also I recently took services from BPL Packers And Movers (P) Ltd. to shift goods from Delhi to Gwalior. BPL LOGISTICS is the WORST Transport company. Do not trust them. They use several tricks to put you in a situation where you eventually pay as per their demand which is unreasonably high. This person who has this number named Dinesh 8860342005 will give you false quotation which is normal charges and once your goods would be loaded in their truck you are caught in their trap. Now, They will blackmail you to pay additional charges and keep sending revised invoices by increasing the 6k amount each day.. I can share the recording of their rude and extremely arrogant management staff specialy the person named BPL RP Sharma 088603 42026. When we complained to them, they stop responding to our calls. No ownership, no accountability from their side. This caused us a lot of financial loss and mental harrassment. THIS IS THE BIGGEST FRAUD PACKERS AND MOVERS COMPANY I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. PLEASE DON'T TRUST THEM. I Could only suggest based on my personal experience that please do not use their services as you will get mental Torture and Harrasment.

DON'T BELIEF THEM. THIS IS THE REAL & TRUTH REVIEW. THEY ARE FRADULATING CUSTOMERS BY DEMANDING MORE AMOUNT AFTER PICKING UP GOODS. THEY USED ABUSIVE LANGUAGE WHILE ENQUIRING GOODS. THEY THREW MY GOODS AT A GODOWN WHICH IS 130 KM AWAY FROM DELIVERY LOCATION. I had booked for transportation of my household goods from Delhi to Nayagarh on 05 Aug 2022. Firstly they issued quotation of Rs 22, 290/- & then after picking up goods they issued invoice of Rs 29,444/- i.e increase of Rs 7154/- forcefully. They picked up my goods on 06 Aug 2022 and did not deliver goods at my delivery location. While inquiring after 1.5 months, their employee Mr RK Sharma (Mob No 8860342026) used abusive language. Later he provided mobile No of Mr Sanjay, Branch Manager. Who is also used abusive language. They also gave fake truck driver mobile No. Threatened me. They failed their delivery dates 07 times. Finally failed to deliver my goods at destination and threw my goods at a Godown Near Manguli, which is located 130 KM distance from Delivery location and threatened to collect goods from there by paying Rs 3600/- per day as Godown Rent. As no employee of BPL Logistics listen my grievance I paid Godown Rent Rs 3600/- and Labour Charge Rs 2000/- and transported goods on my own expenses of Rs 7000/-. I paid Rs 12,600/- MORE. WHICH IS A VERY WROST EXPERIENCE. IN MY EXPERIENCE THEY ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR ONE STAR RATING

I booked my luggage from faridabad to Patna Bihar by BPL Logistic,service is satisfactory only some minor scratches observed on my double bed and table. Luggage received on time.

I hired BPL logistic's tomove my items from Faridabad to Pune. They broke all my items and when asked, they replied that driver was drunk while commuting and they broke all my item but this does not cover the insurance that is why they will not refund me anything. I feel cheated by them. I advise noone should hire BPL logistics.
