I got my bike delivered from here using the door to door pick and drop. They do pick from my home but for delivery, I have to go to their warehouse which is not good service. But my bike got delivered on time and in perfect condition without any damage, which is a big relief for me. They packed my bike very well so no complaint about that. Always ask for estimation with GST.
