BlueStar packers - everything was great in the beginning: very responsive, good pricing, the Executive came home, did the estimate. So I decided to choose them, planned for the mov read more...e on 30th June 2018, from Banglore to Kerala. 1. No punctuality: For packing, they were supposed to come on the morning as per the agreement with the Executive. But on the day of packing, they first changed it to 3PM, then to moved 4PM, then again to 5PM. finally showed up at 6:40PM - where we wanted to catch the train @ 7:30PM. I have to call my cousin to get this done, while I & family rushed to the railway station 2. No commitment to promises: As per Executive, for the unloading Bluestar said they will send people as long as there are no Union issues in Kerala. But later they said they won't send anyone. 3. Serious Delay: After the packing, the drama started regarding the delivery date. Started with a delay of a day, it reached home on the 11th day. 4. Rude behaviour: The way the staff speaks, especially the one who identifies as the boss is extremely rude. Rather than explaining the problem, his tone is like "this is what you get, no further discussion, I don't give a shit about you" 5. There's no single point of contact: Every time I try to get a status/driver details - I'll be given a new number. During this move, I spoke to at least 6 different people and 50 phone calls. 6. No plan what so ever: My dad literally had to stay home 10days - every day waiting for the delivery, only after several calls from our end - you realize it's not coming today. 7. Quality: My wardrobe's mirror was broken, despite all the packing they claimed of!
