To get the order, Best cargo promises so many things which they don't keep. They assured me to deliver my 9 plants, which I didn't receive with the delivery. My packages picked up from Delhi on 20-08-2023 and delivered on 28-08-2023 at Kolkata. I didn't receive my plants which were picked up from Delhi. After several reminders they are showing negligence to deliver those plants which they assured and which was my major concern. I have lost my all precious plants. Best Cargo is a lier. They picked up 17 packages and charged me for 17 packages whereas the invoice they provided me later was mentioned 15 packages. When I asked, they gave me reason that they can only show 15 packages in the invoice. Huge lier is the Best Cargo. I never ever recommend or use the "Best Cargo". Lier, Cheater. As well Assure Shift is keeping all these liers and cheaters with them.
