I availed Alfa's relocation services from Pune to Bangalore on July 1, 2022. Their approach is unprofessional, small time set up, their whole intention is just to demand & collect more payment. 1. Quoted lower amount and collected more while delivering 2. They damaged items and did not deliver some items. 3. Absolutely no support to claim Insurance, do not answer calls or messages post payment. 4. They do not even unload the items from the truck before the payment is made, unrelenting and creating a scene in front of your house. 5. No amount of prior negotiation would help. You can not trust them to keep their word.

They promise a safe packaging and proper handling but do exact opposite. My mattress, diwan cot and bicycle are damaged during the transport. They charged excess for insurance and when I ask for insurance claim, they are not attending my calls and not even replying to my messages. I suggest to refrain taking service from these cheaters.

They are cheatera. They told less amunt at time of booking. They charge very high amount at time of unloading otherwise there people not leave your material. They are cheaters and i personally recommend not use there service at all

A professionally sound and supportive staffs. They take due care of our luggage. The luggage was transported safely and in time.

Best service ever .

Totally unprofessional. They charge more after 2 month I'm yet to get full item. It's in their godown but not delivering, also they charged me higher than quote and blackmailed me.
