I would easily suggest their service to anyone, for the following reasons: 1. They are cheap compared to the competition 2. They are quick in response to queries and are kind and respectful in their replies 3. They provide all the necessary information to ensure fast and safe delivery of your goods 4. Their service doesn't require you to be personally be present at the location for packaging(done by them). This was really a blessing in this covid situation. 5. They are true to their words and don't make false promises. Like due to heavy demand in this covid situation, they told us to expect delivery (other side of the country) in 15 days. But I received mine within 7 days. My only minor nitpicking would be if they had better coordination with the main delivery service, i.e. blue dart, would have been better.

I got my stuff from bangalore to jalandhar, in very good condition, very good timings as well as at reasonable prices. Have already recommended them to many other friends.

They picked stuff at 29June & were supposed to deliver by 5th July2020 and right now it is showing 16July. They are just a mediator and will charge double the actual amount . Also very unprofessional behaviour. Donor get fool by the Rajasthani accent of the correspondence.

This is my first experience with this company and it is pathetic like hell. Its been 15 days, my package is still not deliver. I am trying call the manager, named Surender, now he not receiving my calls. He put his phone on flight mode. I am so worried now. Please help me guys
