These guys might claim that they are professionals but actually they are not. No co-ordination at all. They will commit you and will say strong words that their commitment is everything but all they say is a big lie. My only requirement was on-time delivery and they gave their word that my household stuff will be delivered well before delivery date but now it's already delayed by 4 days. Me & family are still waiting for our household items which we sent through these packers from Gurgaon and they are still saying that it will take another couple of days. I am helpless now and is bound to stay in Hotel with my family that includes my elderly mother and 4 year daughter. Even after requesting, they are not giving me an exact status but only false promises and excuses like truck is stuck in rain, truck has broken down mid way etc. No Transport can afford its truck to take 15 days to cover a distance of 1600 kms, which is like only 100 kms a day. I am clueless and helpless and i seriously think that they have misplaced my stuff to which i have to take a legal route now.
