Bilaspur Indore Transport Co is a trucking and freight brokerage company that offers our clients a wide breadth of experience and knowledge. We were founded in 1975 and have more than 40 years of experience in the transportation industry. Our team of professionals, on average, has more than 20 years of work experience in the transportation industry. We have branch offices in Katni, Bhopal, Bilaspur, and Raipur. All of our offices are linked through ERP software. We own more than 50 trucks. To fulfil orders we do not depend on open market trucks. Therefore, the excellent service to our clients is rested assured. To ensure an excellent service level, we have a fully functional workshop and own our own service vehicles. Any emergency and breakdown of the vehicle will be tackled within 24 hours. Moreover, we pay the highest wages to drivers in the industry, and drivers are given bonuses for the on-time delivery of goods. To remain competitive, we have a strong emphasis on cost reduction. We have modernized our workshops to reduce turnaround time for our trucks.
We maintain detailed logs for fuel consumption and maintenance. Moreover, we have a strong emphasis on inventory reduction and we have created a position for the procurement of spare parts at the most economical cost. Our vision is to provide exceptional service (99.99% service level) to our clients. In the 1990s, the USA went through just in time (JIT) revolution. Therefore, there was a huge demand for premier trucking companies. This is my intuition that in this decade, the JIT revolution will come to India. Secondly, we want to become a full-service logistics company. We want to create a company that provides a one-stop solution for all our client’s logistics needs. This will help our clients to concentrate on their core competence i.e. manufacturing and marketing of their product. Finally, due to an increase in input costs, multi-mode transportation is the future of logistics in India. Therefore, we want to create a company that has a strong capability in multi-mode transportation.
