Shyam movers and packers are the most horrible packers. Promised 14 feet vehicle and sent just 10 feet vehicle on shifting day, we had taken leaves by trusting him. Had put a very high quote for quality packing of sofa. On packing day the packing was pathetic. so why the extra quality packing charge. Did not share insurance copy inspite of charging exhorbitant rates. Just sent 3 people including driver, how can only 3 people move so much. Once the vehicle was loaded insisted on full payment else said will not move vehicle. Reached destination of 150 km after 11 hours, probably he lied and must have gone for other delivery. Did not cooperate or tell me where the vehicle reached, kept shouting at me saying I am troubling him inspite of such huge delay. The destination society fined us for unloading till 1 am in the night. All cupboards are scratched horribly. Could not even fix bed. A very dirty pathetic movers and packers. Who will cover my huge loss, I am really angry and will not forgive this horrible, unprofessional people
