I recently took a moving service from this agency.
While taking order the owner was very curtious but then due to less space I requested them to leave the carton boxes and come back to pick them. They asked me to pay deposit money for the boxes and promised they will comeback to pick and refund the deposit amount. Its one week since I took services and even after repeated calls no one has come and when called the owner Mr Sameer Prajapati. He says he is admitted in hospital. Speaks with high tone and attitude and refuses to refund the deposit or send anyone to pick the boxes. Definitely non trustworthy and very unprofessional people. Initially was angry but i felt somewhere even I am at fault for paying out the complete amount along with the additional deposit for the carton boxes. Although I did this with trust.Now when I am almost putting things back in place- I am finding my perfume and phone charger missing.Absolute thugs these people are. My suggestion is to never ever take any services from these people.
