I transferred my two wheeler from Bangalore to 622407 in Tamil Nadu through oxford cargo. Mr. Manish on phone gave me a Qoute of 5000/-. He didn't specify about the insurance cost. GST was qouted at 5% instead of 18%. After heated argument I shipped the bike through Manish without insurance at 6,250 on December 9, 2019. Bike reached Trichy good down through rivigo.com on 29th evening. From Trichy my destination is 77 km. Mr. Sanjay the great was dealing with me over the phone during these 20 days to ship a bike from Bengaluru to Trichy. Phenomenal logistics effort and great customer service by Mr. Sanjay and Mr. Manish. They never know to tell truth. When they open the mouth it's only lies. Every phone response and what's app responses were false. All the promises we're fake. Initially it was promised to deliver the bike in 4 days.
Oxford cargo transported my bike through Balaji logistics and then through rivigo.com. So, Mr. Sanjay doesn't have any clue about my bike. But, every day he will give a commitment with time. Evening 5 p.m sir, morning 11am sir...
As my bike went through 3 logistics companies, in the process they booked my vehicle till Trichy only instead of my destination at Ponamaravathi.
I had to go to Trichy by bus and then drive my bike for 77 kms. I did it with the promise made by Mr. Sanjay to refund 2,000 RS. For which he had agreed. Once I received my bike, Mr. Sanjay never picked my call.
Now, I'm going to approach consumer court for the compensation
If you want to try Oxford, then please don't try
For 400 kms, delivery time 20 days
You need to make at least a 100 calls and 1000 messages
Your blood pressure will go up
You will have to fight with your spouse or manager it customer
Don't try Oxford cargo
Never in your life
Don't make the mistake that I committed
The company is very unethical
They never responded to any of my emails
It's only Manish and Sanjay who handles the phone calls and the emails
So, you can never reach their customer service department. They don't have it
They want only money
They ignore customers and their requirements
Don't opt for Oxford cargo even in your dreams
