They will say yes to everything before you make the payment. They will promise you timely work, discipline, packing, unpacking, safety of the material, no breakage and everything they can. They will also claim that all their staff will be their own and well trained.
All the payment to them goes in a personal account on Gpay account by the name of "Mukesh". They will not send you any receipt or document. BIG RED FLAG
Once confirmed and paid advance - they wont arrive on time. Came 4 hours late to our place - we missed our evening flight and lost money on rescheduling flights.
Packing is done by daily wage labourers against what they claim that it will be their own staff. Absolute Lie. These labourers are not trained in packing at all. They will just dump your stuff in boxes. We had so many breakages including glass items.
This uncouth staff marked a lot of items of ours with permanent markers without covering the stuff with packaging. Now we have permanent writings on our bar stools, cycle and chairs
These guys also asked for liquor bottles that we had in our house. And they won't leave without "TIP". Left the house after them in a mess - didnt clean up after packing.
They gave us a LR copy of a generic paper - written just Movers and Packers on the top. No mention of Ontime Movers and Packers. When I prodded the labourers about their company, they told me they were from some other movers packers. What a SCAM.
Before the delivery(which was again late by 3 days) this Mukesh guy asked for full payment and extra charges of 4k claiming the load was heavier. Ultimately had to pay all the money he asked. All our requests, threats and pleas went on deaf ears.
I asked for his seniors number. A random guy called, more ill behaved than this Mukesh guy. He was very Indifferent. Asked for documents on whatsapp and then just disappeared, Didnt answer phone messages or anything. The whatsapp profile name of this guy was some OMX mover packers, which Google now shows temporarily closed. Another scammer from the brotherhood of thieves. So basically when asked for a senior's number - they will give you a random guy's number claiming to be their senior but he will be his colleague or maybe even an altogether unconnected person.
Ultimately I had to pay what he asked for at the end to get my stuff under protest. Payment terms agreed was that 50% amount was to be paid at the time of delivery. This guy now refused straightway asking for full money even before he will send the stuff. He wanted full money upfront before he even sent the truck from his godown in Pune.
Another blunder - despite my continuous requests to send a smaller vehicle to our place due to road restrictions, they sent a big vehicle and said this is all we got. I had to arrange for a smaller vehicle on my own and at my own cost to get it transferred and then get it unloaded. Here also promised delivery was late by 3 days and delivery promised in the morning was done in the late evening after 8.30pm. Unloading went beyond 12 midnight.
And then these people refused to unpack. So here we were left to argue with labourers and the guy Mukesh who took the booking did not answer our repeated calls. Ultimately labourers just left
In this consignment, our cycle went missing. This Mukesh guy kept saying it will be in the truck, but when made aware that it is not in the truck he said he will look for it. It took me 3 days to make him accept that it will be found and sent. Ultimately the cycle came after 7 days and in a very bad condition.
There is no digital footprint of these guys. All reviews on google, mouthshut and followers on insta and linkedin are totally fake. This seems to be a consortium of 4-5 companies and they change the name at will. Ontime, SRS, Allied movers and packers and maybe there are more. All bunch of thieves and scammers. Beware.
They will also ask you to take insurance from them only and will say there will be no guarantee if you take on your own. It will be a useless covernote they will provide. Totally fake or coverage will be limited to fire and accident. No breakage, late arrival, theft etc will be covered. Covernote will also not have any mention of premium paid. Contact number and email in the so called policy will be their own so you can never get the details if you call the insurance company. Basically the full amount will be pocketed by them

Overall these guys are a top class SCAM and fake movers and packers. A bunch of goons and uncouth people running the business from somewhere in Gurgaon, with fake addresses in Pune and other places to gain your trust. Their whole motive is to first take your goods in their possession and then ask for whatever they want in exchange for delivery of your goods. If you dont pay up, you will not get your goods. I dont think they are worried about the police as well - I told them I will file an FIR - they didnt give 2 hoots. Makes me believe that all the work is done on fake papers, fake companies, fake addresses and even phone numbers acquired on these fake papers. Their GSTIN mentioned on the invoice is FAKE(see atatched image) and there is no CIN on their documents - clearly the company doesnt exist. Its a just a consortium of thugs and thieves who have come together to prowl on unsuspicious people.
One word - go with a known name and don't trust these Mouthshut or Google reviews AT ALL.
Ratings below 4 are real and maybe they will even listen to you, give you proper papers and will handle your goods better. Just dont fall for these thugs with fake reviews, videos and testimonials. You will regret like I am, to no end.
Very disappointed that Mouthshut has given these scamsters a safe haven and still shows 4.9 ratings.
PS: The is no entity like Ontime anywhere. All their instagram and linkedin followers seem fake. There are no employees or leadership team on linkedin. The so called "CEO" practically has never used Linkedin . Only 30 odd connections
