The service was highly professional. The team arrived on time and was extremely efficient with their packing methods. They were also flexible enough to wait a couple of hours until we were ready to move. At the destination, they unboxed the heavy items for us. Overall, it was a great experience.

I hired Metro Home Packers and Movers for my relocation from Mumbai to Chennai last Thursday. The team was incredibly efficient, friendly, and ensured all my belongings were packed securely and delivered on time. I am very satisfied with their service and would highly recommend them!

Metro Home Packers offers great inter- and intra-city relocation, team, and packaging. Abhay Joshi, the owner, is helpful. The best part is their insurance. I'd like to suggest managing the packaging process better as many people visit.

It was a very bad experience. They almost stolen household things amouting to 1000/-. On asking the owner of the Metro, he asked to connect with staff who came to pack also told me that, he also said that he got lot of complaints against these staff members; however, he still sent the same staff to my place for work. I haven't got proper response from such pathetic packers. I would suggest to boycott/ban them from your list. Also people please don't choose them. Also let me know if I can make a Police Complaint.

I was not physically present in Mumbai to ensure that my goods to be shifted to my home town in Banglore. I contacted metro home packers and movers and they ensured my that me not being their physically would do no damage to my goods and nothing will be misplaced. They did a very good job. We hired Metro Home Packers and Movers for shifting our household from Dahisar to Colaba. They did an amazing job, all my stuff was transported safely . The company people are very professional and were very helpful through out. Only problem is that there was some delay in payment because some technical issues which I informed them. After 4 days the payment process was completed they didn't harassed me. I would highly recommend their services over so called expensive and hyped relocation options.
