My experience with Metro movers was positive. They handholded well during the process. The customer support led by Priya madam kept calling during the move process to check if I was ok with everything. The agency did not charge any advance indicating their experience and were professional. Before choosing a supplier I had several doubts like trust, hidden charges, safety - But these guys were good and I did not face any problem. In fact I ended up generously tipping the workers. I have already recommended them to friend! Sharing some of the best practices I followed - always do your due diligence and do proper documentation (quote, insurance etc) when you deal with any supplier. Keep your valuables safe and do oversee the packing/unpacking process. Do number your boxes systematically to ensure trackability Overall outcome depends on your involvement in the process too. Usage details - local mumbai to thane movement. Full service for packing/dismantle+ movement + assemble/arrange (boxes)

We were looking for moving our house and we booked Metro Movers and Packers. Shruti Thakur was kind enough to guide us and resolve our queries. The packing was nice. Shifting was professional. They even assembled our furniture.

This was a value for money. Metro Packers and Movers offer you a great deal in shifting and strongly recommend. They were quite professional .the price they charged was quite optimal. They all very well person and total labor boys person is Very nice and silently did their work. So I say a big thank you to the Metro team.

Ms Padma Joshi and team had taken excellent care with all our house stuff..they even asked where to keep the things properly. They take care of sanitisation and have medical certificates.so overall a good experience
