DON'T BELIEF THEM. THIS IS THE REAL & TRUTH REVIEW. THEY ARE FRADULATING CUSTOMERS BY DEMANDING MORE AMOUNT AFTER PICKING UP GOODS. THEY USED ABUSIVE LANGUAGE WHILE ENQUIRING GOODS. THEY THREW MY GOODS AT A GODOWN WHICH IS 130 KM AWAY FROM DELIVERY LOCATION. I had booked for transportation of my household goods from Delhi to Nayagarh on 05 Aug 2022. Firstly they issued quotation of Rs 22, 290/- & then after picking up goods they issued invoice of Rs 29,444/- i.e increase of Rs 7154/- forcefully. They picked up my goods on 06 Aug 2022 and did not deliver goods at my delivery location. While inquiring after 1.5 months, their employee Mr RK Sharma (Mob No 8860342026) used abusive language. Later he provided mobile No of Mr Sanjay, Branch Manager. Who is also used abusive language. They also gave fake truck driver mobile No. Threatened me. They failed their delivery dates 07 times. Finally failed to deliver my goods at destination and threw my goods at a Godown Near Manguli, which is located 130 KM distance from Delivery location and threatened to collect goods from there by paying Rs 3600/- per day as Godown Rent. As no employee of BPL Logistics listen my grievance I paid Godown Rent Rs 3600/- and Labour Charge Rs 2000/- and transported goods on my own expenses of Rs 7000/-. I paid Rs 12,600/- MORE. WHICH IS A VERY WROST EXPERIENCE. IN MY EXPERIENCE THEY ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR ONE STAR RATING

I booked my luggage from faridabad to Patna Bihar by BPL Logistic,service is satisfactory only some minor scratches observed on my double bed and table. Luggage received on time.

I booked my luggage shifting service from BPL Logistic (Gurgaon to chenai) ,I am very happy to say good job done by this company there staff is skilled and packing of goods is quite satisfactory,I received my luggage on time without any damage.

BPL excellent Job Done ,,my stuff shifted from Delhi to Pune As I observed packing done very well,many of my glass item duly packed in bubbles sheet after each one seperated in cartoon boxes. My luggages shifted on time and safe Good Job By BPL Logistic
