They are unprofessional,will not receive your call once they have picked your products.The items will be damaged and scrapped,they will keep your items at terrace as told by there driver,stole items and have the guts to argue with you,they are worst people never go with them.They will deliver items at 2 o cl'ck in the night so that you will not able to see damaged items.

I had chosen ABC packers and movers after their sales guys convinced me after assuring that no damage would be done. It was for 1BHK things to be moved from Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai to Lakkasandra, Bengaluru on 29 May 2018. He assured that they have default insurance of Rs. 50,000 and they do delivery by professional guys on timely manner. They told me that they will dismantle and assemble bed as well. However, i was in for the biggest shock when I got the delivery at Bengaluru 10 days later. The guys who delivered said that they will not unpack anything and will not assemble bed. They told me that they will just deliver and leave. They left and then I called navi mumbai office and the person on number 9321506777 assured me that someone will come to assemble bed but no one turned up. But the biggest shock was yet to come. I called an lectrician and asked him to install my LED TV. It turned out that they had broke the TV. Internal screen had cracked due to pressure applied on it. Washing machine had gone faulty. Tea table was all scratched up. And they lost two bags as well in the transit. This guy stop taking calls from me for couple of days. Then one day, he took my call and assured me that he will refund me just for the TV. I agreed thinking that atleast I can get the TV repaired. I am a working guy and I cant keep running behind these guys. I also got a written reply from him that he will repair the TV or refund me. I also gave him the quotation from the TV repair guys to which he said that He will send someone to repair. No one turned up even after 1 month and now he is not picking up the call, Neither he is giving me refund.
