One of the worst profession ethics, they have no process or SOP on how to handle customer query or they may not provide complete information in one go. > No proper estimate would be share , would share only quote amount but can add any desired amount after picking up of items in the name of the miscellaneous items or insurance. > Days of delivery promised at not same, they may take their own sweet time to deliver. > Will not start process of sending the item until they desired amount is not paid by the customer, and that too with the threat of adding more penalty in the name of storage charges / warehouse charges. > No SOP for tracking of delivery / shipment. Customer need to take constant follow ups for date of delivery. > No security of normal items in transit like carton boxes, washing machine etc. received the same with broken item and dented surface respectively. > No Insurance cover if the item are damaged in transit, although they charge Insurance but no clarity for what purpose. > For automobiles like car, bike they pass it on to other vendor like GATI express. If it is like so they we as a customer can also approach other vendors for the same why BPL SAFE Express is in between. > Totally, not worth it. Not satisfied by the service and support. Need a lot of areas to cover and improve, Not recommended.
