I booked them for transporting my vehicle toyota etios from Delhi to Bengaluru but they instead of using carrier to transport the vehicle chose to drove it till here i.e. 2500 kms of driving. As of which both my front tires tore off. When I asked for reimbursement they agreed but made fool of me for 2 months. Later I got to know they have many complaints against them and same is covered in Dainik Jagran a leading daily.
