Vistara Cargo Packers and Movers

I opted for Vistara Cargo Packers and Movers for shifting my stuff from Gurgaon to Mumbai. They assured me that they will take full care of my stuff, including the king sized bed and a 55 inch TV. They told me that their truck will take my stuff from Gurgaon to Mumbai and their own team will unpack it at my place in Mumbai. But it was all false. Apparently, their office is not in Mumbai proper but in Bhiwandi. From Bhiwandi, they enlisted a regular courier service to deliver it to my place. Since these guys were not proper packers and movers, they didnt know how to handle fragile and large items. Also, they did not have the required manpower to get all of my stuff from the truck to my flat and I had to help them with getting it to my flat. When I unpacked everything, The TV was found to be broken and the bed and other furniture has multiple scratches and cuts all over. I had opted for a 1 lakh rupees insurance cover but it has still not been processed and they or their insurance guy are no longer picking up my calls. It cost me 40000 Rs to get my TV repaired and I have not been able to get any insurance claim for the same. Very very bad service by Vistara.

It was first experience and it was good.

I booked them via assure shift. I had to send 6 cartons to Mumbai. First they said it will take 4 days. It is the 10th day today. Cargo has still not reached. When I called them one Mr. Sandeep said- 4 item hai plane me to ayega nahi, truck me time lag Jata hai. Now they are not ready to talk.Reallu bad experience. No delivery yet. No customer support. DO NOT HIRE.

I am really happy with this firm.. will opt only this movers when I needed next time.. very economical

Got my stuff shifted through these guys.. They are very coperative and good in their work with affordable price.
