Terrible experience with Vinayak relocation. They are real scamsters. 1. They underestimated the count of boxes after surveying the house. On the day of shifting the boxes count turned out to be double and they started asking for 7k extra. They were not ready to accept that this is an error from their end of underestimation of boxes. Doubling of boxes is shear and planned underestimation from their end to extract more money at the time of shifting 2. No proper system of transport tracking. You have no idea where your luggage is. 3. Didn't give full details of insurance before and later changed his statement on insurance claim. 4. Faced an issue with my fridge after the transport was done but he didn't even reply back to help on it.

Not a good option. Bad service. Good and polite in communication but service is not as good. They did not bubble wrap crockery and put it directly in the box which in turn did not have any bubble wrap or any other coating except duct tape. The items were loaded in a poor manner. They threw the boxes or tv.
