Worst service. They handle glass iitems very badly. Packing is extremely poor and they are irresponsible. My crockery was broken badly , my glass table top got damaged very badly. Claiming insurance is also extremely difficult because they do not share the email ID as well. They have tie up with some Oxyzen Logistics which is too horrible. Never risk your luggage by giving it to this carrier.
