This runway movers are having lots of fake positive reviews. Don't fall to their trap. I have booked them with a quotation of Rs.25000 from Delhi to Dehradun. But they made the bill of Rs 48400 (almost double) while we were in the midway to Dehradun. After negotiation they came to Rs.36000. Second, they sent 14ft truck to lift our household items, but later in the end, there were some more items left needed to lift into truck but as truck was small, it couldn't. Third, in the midway, they start blackmailing us asking to deposit full payment to them whereas it is written in their agreement of 80-20 percentage. Fourth, their truck engine collapsed as per their say. It took them 3-5 days to repair the engine. Imagine the situation with us ( being customer), all items were in the truck hanging in the midway since 3-5 days being repaired. Then after their truck repaired, they asking us to deposit the money in advance otherwise they would not move the truck. Look at them, such frauds, unprofessionals, loot, there is no room of sigh for us, they were harrassing us all the time demanding for full payment even when you know all these things happened. How come a customer do full payment to such frauds. Then we pay them Rs26000 otherwise our most of the items would stuck in their hold truck. Then the truck came to our location. Now, the next story came, the items which were left in their warehouse and not lifted in the truck initially, for those items they were asking the payment in advance then only they would send the truck with those items to which ultimately we have strongly objected. And, Now proceeding for legal proceedings. If still if they have something positive left in them, you can connect with me and return the items, and I will do payment. But not in advance. Beware against this company. DO NOT BOOK THEM FOR SHIFTING ANYTHING. I REPEAT. DO NOT BOOK THEM. Let alone "International", they even not suitable for domestic level shifting. Fraud company.
