Hi All, This is review for a transport company named as : Relocate Packers and Movers Retail Associated GATI KWE No 50 Ground Floor 3 Rd Croos Hsr Lay Out Bangalore, Bangalore Karnataka - 560068 website : www.relocatepackers.in Please do take services from this above vendor as they are biggest fraudsters. I recently took services from them for getting my bike transported from Bangalore to delhi on 20/6/2022 and they charged me total of 9500 including GST & insurance(1200). On 26th June I received my bike via GATI and saw one part broken which was perfectly alright when I gave it for packing at Relocate Packers and Movers. Since I have taken insurance I thought I will claim from vendor but to my surprise the vendor said I can pay 400 for your damages but I cannot give you insurance copy as insurance is done by the transport company. Then after multiple calls with GATI/ Relocate Packers and Movers I got to know they are so insurance done for my two wheeler. Since there was no insurance done I asked the vendor for refund of 1200 to which he denied bluntly. Moreover one more surprise Relocate Packers and Movers paid only 20 percent of the money taken from us to GATI KWE which is very less than what they charged from me. So, I would request people to very careful while doing transportation from city to another.
