First thing first, they told me that the over-all price will be xyz(not revealing) and when I received the bill it was nearly double of it. They picked up my items on 27th of July and told me that the product will leave tomorrow itself. I received bill, insurence and tracking ID after 4 days that also by doing so many calls. They not only ignored my calls, they had literally blocked my number. And everyday they faked by saying "It will get dispatched tomorrow". I finally got the tracking id by 1st of Aug which showed that the stuffs have left Gurgaon on 1st of Aug itself. It was to be send from spoton services. I had to pay for tracking id also, but the tracking id was of literally NO USE. Tracking ID didn't showed about my stuffs whereabouts, I was really pissed of with this, I contacted them again but no real updates were given to me. They were telling different stories about the delay. Finally two days back, 11th Aug I got my stuffs. Most of my costly stuffs are missing and some stuffs are broken too due to which whole stuffs within that cartoon were messed up. When I contacted professional Relocation Packers and movers, they said that they have no idea what they packed and completely ignored about the missing stuffs. This was too messy, they don't even know how to talk with the customer. Once they pickup your stuffs, their tone of voices changes.
