Interem Packer and Mover

I had booked a shifting service through Assure Shift team From Gurgaon to Chennai ( all house hold item). He refers to Interem packer and mover company but Packer is not delivered hole items ,some item is missing and lots of item is broken, and I request to packer team pls deliver my other item and resolve the my broken material and he's saying we have only some item and after some days he's telling don't have anything. He didn't return the item and very bad packer before book pls be careful.its all people are joint .
