Made a huge mistake by taking relocation services from this crooked, unprofessional, liar company representative for goods transportation from pune to Delhi. Once goods were in transit, this guy demanded and took full amount in advance on the context of non-delivery. After taking advance money, he used to ignore the calls neither felt the responsibilty to give update on the delivery. Rather I was given multiple phone numbers to do followup on my own. He charged me 7250 for green tax entry in delhi (instead of 1250) and made numerous excuses to provide final bill. My bike was not loaded with other goods and it was delivered after 25 days. They refused to deliver my bike at my home. For all these days he and his contacts kept on lying saying it is in jaipur, mumbai blah blah whereas to police he revealed that bike was loaded on the 24th day i.e. one day before delivery. AND YES!!! I FILED A POLICE COMPLAINT AFTER HEARING LIES FOR 25 DAYS. Note that they do not have their own fleet and this guy only acts as a booking agent and passes the consignment orders to other local transporters. Assureshift should delist such operators as it is question on their credibility as well.

They have not provided the services as per their commitment at the time of selling the service to me. Their services are Inefficient, costly, unreliable, unprofessional, false expectation setting and are non customer centric movers packers. They are not ready to even hear a customer and understand the issues that a customer faces once they have received. All they are bothered about is getting money from the customer. Request you not to avail their services as they will send unskilled Laborers to get the job done. Their follow-up and conversation is good till the time you avail their services.
