Hidden Charges: The initial quote seemed reasonable, but by the end of the move, I was hit with a bunch of unexpected fees that were never disclosed beforehand. They charged me for things like "packing materials" that I didn’t even agree to. 3. Delayed Delivery: My belongings arrived 10 days later than promised, and when they finally showed up, the movers were unorganized and unprepared. 4. Poor Communication: Throughout the entire process, communication was horrendous. I was left in the dark about the status of my move and had to constantly chase the company for updates. No tracking id also provided. 5. No Accountability: When I requested compensation for the damages, I was ignored. It’s clear that this company is only interested in taking your money and doesn’t care about the service or the customer’s experience. I strongly advise anyone looking to move to avoid this company at all costs. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a moving company, and I wouldn’t trust them to move a single box, let alone my entire home.
